These Purchase Conditions apply to online sales made through the website www.rivierejoyeros.es (hereinafter, the Online Store) of which Rivière Joyeros SL (hereinafter Rivière) is the owner.

Rivière Joyeros SL is a limited company whose registered office is located at Calle Arenal Nº10, 28013, Madrid, with CIF B82284332.

The use by the customer of the services of the Online Store implies an express acceptance of the National and International Rivière Remote/Online Purchase Conditions, in the version published by Rivière at the time the purchase order is generated.

Therefore, it is convenient that the Client read this document carefully before proceeding to make the purchase, as well as the documents that are published on our website.

Object of the contract

These distance/online purchase conditions apply to the purchase of any product that is available on the website www.rivierejoyeros.es 

The prices of each of the jewels and pieces are perfectly reflected on the website and include VAT. The amount and method of shipping is included in the "Shipping" and "Delivery" section.

The possibility of purchasing products on the website www.rivierejoyeros.es through the exchange of purchase vouchers, gift cards and similar items purchased at El Corte Inglés and other companies issuing such titles will not be accepted.

The distance purchase service through the website regulated in these Purchase Conditions is only allowed for customers over 18 years of age.

Rivière reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

Rivière Joyeros SL will modify and update, if it deems appropriate, items and prices based on the commercial criteria of the Company.

Recruitment procedure

Prior to contracting, the client will have at their disposal in the Online Store the information related to the entire procedure to be followed for the conclusion of the electronic contract for the sale of products or services.

The procedure for making an online purchase at Rivière Joyeros SL consists of the following phases:

  1. Buys
  2. Data Form
  3. Pay
  4. Confirmation
  5. Shipment

Rivière will archive the electronic document so that the Client can access it at a time after the conclusion of the Contract. The language in which the contract will be formalized will be Spanish.

For any modification of your data or to exercise any type of right recognized in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, you must contact the following address: rgpd@rivierejoyeros.es 

During the purchase process, only those data strictly necessary to carry out the execution and control of the purchase will be requested. The billing data will be those that appear in the Client's record. Rivière Joyeros SL is not responsible for the inaccuracy of the data provided by the Client to make the purchase, paying special attention when filling in the forms. All this without prejudice to being able to exercise your right of rectification contained in article 16 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection (RGPD), as well as in article 14 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of 7 December of Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, after making the purchase, whenever possible, to the following address: Rivière Joyeros SL, Calle Arenal Nº10, 28013, Madrid, or to the telephone number 620.598. 828.

In the event that the correction of the data may generate expenses, these will be borne by the Client or, where appropriate, they may choose to cancel the requested purchase.

Likewise, Rivière reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of any type of human error in loading the product on the website, either in the description of its characteristics, in the price shown in the product or in the stock associated with it.

In the event of this event, Rivière will notify the client as soon as possible and will try to offer an alternative solution.

Rivière Joyeros SL does not ship to the Canary Islands.

Obligations of the parties.

  1. PAY

Rivière's client undertakes to make diligent and good faith use of the website, to satisfy the payment of the established price and is responsible for the data provided in order to carry out the transaction.

The prices of each of the jewels and accessories are indicated on the website on the date the order is placed and include taxes and fees. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

Shipping costs will be free on those orders that exceed the amount of €500. If this amount is not exceeded, the shipping costs will cost €7.75.

The Client will be able to choose the means of payment that he prefers, namely:

-Card payment: All Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted

-Payment by transfer: The transfer will be made by the client's bank to the account of Rivière Joyeros SL, then sending the proof of payment to the following address: atc@rivierejoyeros.es .

The bank account number will be detailed when placing the order.

Once the payment is confirmed by Rivière Joyeros SL, the product will be shipped.

For the payment process, Rivière Joyeros SL uses third-party services outside our Organization and, in particular, those of the payment gateway of the financial institution BBVA (online payment gateway, which works as a virtual point of sale terminal). . The service providers will ask the client for certain information to make the payment, according to the modalities that they offer.

Once the payment process has been successfully completed, the contract will be deemed concluded and Rivière Joyeros SL will confirm said contract by email within a maximum period of 24 working hours.

  1. DELIVERY

Unless expressly provided otherwise during the online purchase process, the delivery process to the customer of the product will be carried out according to the following steps:

The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the client during the phase of the purchase process and that is completed in the Data Form.

The shipment will be made through a courier service provided by a third party outside Rivière Joyeros SL, which undertakes to deliver the product paid for by the customer to the delivery address within approximately 24 to 48 working hours, once the product has been collected. by the transport company, although for reasons beyond the control of the company it may take longer.

In the case of a part that must be modified, the term may be extended up to a total of 12 weeks.

Order tracking can be done through the website of the courier service provider ( www.seur.es ) or through our website www.rivierejoyeros.es 

Withdrawal and return

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal from all online purchases within fourteen calendar days following receipt of the item.

To formalize the withdrawal, the client may use any of the following ways:

  1. Contacting our Customer Service department via email atc@rivierejoyeros.es indicating the exercise of this right and that the piece will be sent to the establishment through a company that offers courier services.
  2. Depositing the piece in our physical store located at Calle Galdo nº2, 28013, Madrid.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the withdrawal is formalized and the item is returned together with its original packaging and documentation, the piece will once again pass a gemological certification in order to ensure the correct condition of the piece and its gems.

In the event that the piece has undergone any modification, Rivière Joyeros SL will not proceed to refund the amount paid for it and will proceed to resend the piece to the buyer, who must bear the shipping costs and new gemological certification. Rivière Joyeros SL reserves the right to take legal action.

Once it has been verified that the product has been returned in accordance with the requirements expressed in this document, the purchase amount will be refunded in the same payment method used and as soon as possible.

Returns will not be accepted:

  • If the piece has been modified in size or engraved.
  • If the piece has been used beyond checking the size and conformity with the design.
  • If the part has undergone any modification or manipulation and does not correspond to the original model.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The intellectual property rights of the content of the web pages, their graphic design and codes are owned by Rivière Joyeros SL and, therefore, their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity carried out with the contents of the website, not even, even if the sources are cited, except with the prior, express and written consent of Rivière Joyeros SL. All trade names, trademarks or different signs of any kind contained in the company's web pages are the property of their owners and are protected by law.

Rivière Joyeros SL does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its intellectual and industrial property rights or on any other property or right related to the website, and in no case will it be understood that the access and navigation of the users implies a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial assignment of said rights by Rivière Joyeros SL.

Any use of these contents not previously authorized by Rivière Joyeros SL will be considered a serious breach of intellectual or industrial property rights and will give rise to the legally established responsibilities. Rivière Joyeros SL reserves the right to exercise the corresponding judicial and extrajudicial actions against the user.

Likewise, Rivière Joyeros SL reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the conditions of this contract.

Online Sales Service and Customer Service

The Online Sales Service is permanently available twenty-four hours a day.

Customers who have purchased products from Rivière Joyeros SL can direct their complaints and claims to the following address: atc@rivierejoyeros.es or to Rivière Joyeros SL, Calle Galdo nº2, 28013, Madrid.

Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Rivière Joyeros SL informs the client that anomalies or interruptions in the availability of operation may occur due to causes not attributable to our Company (problems with telecommunications, web servers, internet providers, etc.) Reason for which the term to carry out the purchase may be extended.

Competent jurisdiction and applicable law

In the event of any controversy arising as a result of this online sales contract, the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid will have jurisdiction to hear the matter.

Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, will apply to everything not provided for in this contract.
